Tekflip is a legally registered Proprietorship Business located at Eastern Housing, Russell Bridge, Demra, Dhaka-1361, Bangladesh.

We sell gadgets, mobile accessories, and electronics products. All of our products come from authorized distributors or original brands. Our goal is simple: genuine products, fast delivery, and complete transparency for every customer.

• If a wrong price or wrong information is found, we reserve the right to cancel or correct that order.

For these reasons, Tekflip will not be responsible for any typing or photo-related errors.

Pricing and Offers

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable VAT. Prices and offers may change at any time without prior notice.

• If a product is out of stock, we will inform you and offer an alternative, a refund, or a new delivery timeline.
• We reserve the right to change any price or offer.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order caused by a wrong price or incorrect information.

Payment Terms

Our safe and accepted payment methods are bKash and Cash on Delivery (COD).

For safe transactions, please note:

• Before making a payment, confirm that the product is in stock.
• Use bKash for digital payments.
• In some cases, an additional charge may apply.

If a refund is needed, it may take 7–10 working days to complete. Any charge deducted during the payment process (such as transaction or gateway fees) is non-refundable. Tekflip always follows the digital transaction rules and guidelines of the Government of Bangladesh.

Order & Delivery Policy

Once your payment and order are confirmed, we begin processing within 24–72 hours. Our delivery partners are Steadfast and Pathao Courier.

Please keep in mind:

• Delivery time depends on your location and product availability.
• Unexpected delays (such as traffic, weather, or courier problems) may happen.
• If we cannot fulfill an order, we may cancel or change it. In such cases, we will inform you quickly and arrange a refund or an alternative.

Delivery charges (if any) will be shown at checkout and depend on your location and the courier service.

Order Cancellation

• You may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order is handed over to the courier, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or reasons beyond our control.
• If we cancel a prepaid order, we will refund your payment using your original payment method.
• Repeatedly refusing or not receiving COD orders may result in your account being restricted from future COD orders.

Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or is sent by mistake, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for a return:

• The product must be unused and in its original, undamaged condition.
• You must provide the invoice or receipt.
• Physically damaged products (broken, burnt, opened seal, etc.) are not returnable.

Refunds will be made using the same method you used to pay. Please note that return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the fault is ours.

Warranty Policy

Every product comes with either an Instant Warranty or a Manufacturer Warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty:

• This is handled by the respective brand or distributor.
• You must provide the invoice to claim the warranty.
• Service or replacement fully depends on the brand’s policy.

Instant Warranty:

• Some specific products qualify for quick replacement.
• Any physical damage or misuse will void the warranty.

For any warranty claim, the return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Physical Damage Policy

If a product is found with physical damage, its warranty will be void immediately. This includes:

• Cracks, scratches, or broken parts.
• Water or fire damage.
• Opened or removed warranty stickers.
• Wrong installation or careless use.

Please check your product at the time of delivery, and report any problem within 24 hours.

Compatibility Disclaimer

We clearly provide the specification of each product. However, it is not possible for us to guarantee that every component will be fully compatible with your device or setup.

Before buying any gadget, please check the compatibility yourself or consult an expert. If a product does not fit or work due to a wrong choice on your side, it will not be treated as a fault and will not be returnable.

Pre-Order & Advance Booking

For any pre-order or advance booking on Tekflip, a full or partial payment is required.

• If you have made a full or partial payment, the product price will remain unchanged on our website for you, even if the price increases later.
• If a customer places a pre-order or advance booking and later refuses to take the product, the pre-order or advance booking amount is non-refundable.
• However, you may use that same amount to order a different product from us.

Limitation of Liability

We work with the highest honesty and care, but some matters may be beyond our control. Tekflip will not be responsible if:

• A delay or loss is caused by a courier, manufacturer, or any third party.
• There is a typing or information-related error.
• Any data loss or time loss happens due to a product fault.

In all cases, our liability will be limited to the original price of the product you paid for. You accept that the responsibility for using this website and its products is fully your own.

Severability

If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will still stay fully valid and in effect.
